The teacher should be determine the method of teaching according to the subject matter. Because different types of learning call for different methods of teaching. So teacher should be aware to different methods of teaching.

9 Practical Teacher:-

Students should given practical knowledge along with theoretical knowledge. It is teacher's duty to harmonize the student with society. So that they may be able to face the difficulties of practical life.

The whole education of the child depends upon the quality, the competence, the devotion and the character of teachers. The teachers need be trained for ethical values and ideals. Every teacher is expected to do service to others. The authorities responsible for the job of the teachers should prepare code of ethics for the teachers.

Managing Schools:-

School Timing, Assembly,Attendance:-

School Timing:

The term "school timing" mean the time from which the school starts till the time of school off/end it include the time of assembly and break sometime it also includes the prayer period. It consists of 5:30 hours in summer and 6:00 hours in winter normally.

1 Primary School:-

In primary school time period is generally 5 hours but if the school head feel that class one two are victim of boredom could leave them one hour before but this leave will not for staff. There could be two breaks.

2 Elementary School:-

In elementary school time periods will 5:30 hours. Daily 8 periods and 5 periods on Friday are scheduled. It also includes assembly period break/recess.

3 Girls School:-

In our society it is necessary to somehow that timing of boys and girls school may differ. So the head of girls school have authority to close and start the 15 minute before or after according to social environment.

4 Annual Calendar:-

At the start of the academic year, the school management must plan a school calendar, they should have dates for vacations, examination and other major activities; art exhibition, sports day, prize distribution or whatever they have. The parents can plan ahead their activities based upon the school calendar the calendar brings us to an other important aspect working days of the children.

School Time Management:-

Every school has its own priorities and demands, the time table is molded accordingly, Some prefer 45 minutes periods while others may want one hour per subject. In senior classes sometimes, a subject teacher demands double period or consecutive periods. Again there is no hard and fast rule, each school may experiment and decide upon the duration according to its own priority; the important point is to use the time effectively,any period should not be too long for the children to get bored and distracted, nor too short for them to feel left out. If the junior class teachers have to abide with the timings/periods of the senior classes ,they must be prepared to utilize any free time on hand with supplementary activities.

School Plant Management:-

5.Staff Room:-

The Staff room in the school building should be at such place where is least disturbance of the classes. It should be spacious enough to accommodate the whole teaching staff of the school .

6.Science Laboratories:-

The school building should have a separate wing where science laboratory or laboratories can be got constructed. Usually there is one science laboratory in a school. Impossible there should be separate science laboratories namely Physics laboratory, Chemistry laboratory, Botany laboratory, Zoology laboratory etc. The Chemistry laboratory should be on one side so that filthy smell coming out as result of experiments being conducted in this laboratory does not spoil the air of the whole campus.

7.Drawing Room:-

Drawing is one of the most useful subjects that helps in the development of children's senses. It makes the students interested in doing work. The school building should have a separate room for this subjects as it requires special type of seating arrangements.

8.The School Canteen:-

The school building should have a canteen within the campus. It should have at least two service rooms apart from the preparation room and the store. One of the service rooms should be for the students, the other for the staff. They should be well furnished with one wash-basin fixed in each of the rooms.

9.The Hall:-

The school should have one big hall where assembly of the whole school may be possible. The same hall can be used for conducting examinations. Functions of the school can be organized in this hall. A big hall is a must for every school because it is the basic requirements of the school. It also adds to the prestige of the school.

10.Cycle Shed:-

The school should have good arrangements for keeping the bi-cycles. Without a cycles shed, it will not be possible to put the bi-cycle in a systematic manner. So making provision of a cycle shed is essential for the school.

11.Lawns and Gardens:-

Buildings with  bricks is not the whole campus. Plantation of trees, developing grassy lawns, a small garden with variety of flowers etc are also essential.They give a better look to the school building. The small garden will make the school campus look doubly beautiful.

12.The Play Grounds:-

The school campus without play grounds does not stem to be complete. Play grounds are needed for all types of physical exercises. Speaking about the importance of play grounds, Welingtoii said 
"Waterloo was won on the playing fields of Eton.."
Proper growth and development of the personality of the child is the chief aim of every educational institution. The school can encourage the students for participation in games only if it has adequate play grounds. The participation in games should be made compulsory for the students.

1-Meaning Of School Plant:-

The Term 'school plant' carries a wide meaning. It includes, the school building, play-ground, furniture, classroom, library, hostel, apparatus, and equipment, school offices, black-board, school record etc.

Its material conditions should be conductive for the all-round development of the student-physical, emotional, social, cultural, aesthetic and moral.Good learning environment should be created by the school plant. It is the most important factor in the whole educational process.
School environment involves human resources and students material resources.

A find building makes a fine school and poor building one. The following are the components of a school.

1.Headmaster's Office:-

It should be at some prominent place where the Headmaster's presence may be felt strongly. The visitors may not find any problem in meeting him.By having his office at such a place, the Headmaster is able to maintain discipline of the school.

Every institution should have a well furnished visitors's room. Anybody coming to the school who intends meeting the Headmaster can at once be seated there comfortably.
3.The School Office:-

The school office should be as near to Headmaster's office as possible. The office staff, the clerk, the steno, the head clerk are the persons who are concerned with the Headmaster at every moment.
4.Class Room:-

The class-rooms in the school can be of varied types. Mostly the rectangular types suit well. Some of the school do have classrooms of semi circular shape. They are also equally good.

The furniture in the class-rooms should be the type which is comfortable for students. Dual desks may be fixed in the room.

The class-room should have cup-boards and almond which should be in accordance with the needs and requirements of that room.The black/white-board is a necessary equipment for every class-room. It should be fixed up at the place where there is no reflection of light. It should be well taken care of that black/white-board writing is clearly visible to all the students sitting in the class.It should not be placed in the windows.

The meaning of the term Education , as understood by Western thinkers , has wider implications for a modern reader. In fact , the modern concept of  "Education" owing much to Western thinkers who have interpreted education as a developmental process. Important views are summed-up below.

Educere is also a Latin word and it means.
  • To lead out
  • To draw out
So educating a child means drawing out what is hidden in the child or leading him out of darkness, into light.

 instruction. Schools need to maintain a school environment that is conducive to learning and growth. School environment refers to the total organization of the school system which includes school personnel , internal and external structures which support them and the motivating spirit (organization values) that provides direction to instructional practices and school culture.

Only then the real aims of establishing the schools will be achieved.
